Instale usando essas configurações abaixo:
1º) Escolha for workstation
2º) Escolha local v-ray license server on this machine
3º) NÃO instale software hardware cbu key/driver ~ desmarque a caixa de seleção

4º)Agora vc copia (cgauth90.dll) e (vray2009.dll) dentro da pasta Autodesk/3ds Max 2009.

Depois de copiar

Copie também o arquivo (VRLServer.exe)dentro da pasta Chaos Group>V-ray

exemplo: C:Arquivos de programasChaos GroupV-Ray3dsmax 2009 for x64

e rode o 3Ds Max 2009

5º) Rode (vrlserver.exe) para re-colocar outra licença ao programa.
