I worked out an unoffical update to SR2010 using a Hex Editor

Installation Instructions:

Fresh install of Supreme Ruler 2010

Update to 1.12

Then install updatefix

Then install 4.XX.XX updates

Key is not required for the new 4.XX Update family.

took me a little over 2 days to get this right. now the hard part is trying
to get the torrent uploaded properly (first time)
