Oblivion "Loading Area" message suppress mod

**PURPOSE**
This mod removes the very frequent and annoying "Loading Area" message that appears every several steps while exploring the countryside in Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

I made this mod quickly and easily with the Oblivion Construction Set available for download from the official website. I found the loading message variable in an options screen and simply replaced the text string with a single space in case it needed a non-null value. If you don't trust my mod just make it yourself!
