Guilty Gear XX: #Reload -- High Quality music repack (fixed) for PC version.
The original music is of a very very low quality. Particularly, insanely low bitrates and clipping all over the place. This is a pack with reencodes from original soundtracks providing much higher quality music. It's not perfect, but, it is at least a definite improvement.

To install, simply copy the new .OGG files into your game's music folder. Can't hurt to make a backup first just in case, though I can't imagine why you'd want to go back. ^_^

This "fixed" version correcs my earlier mistake in forgetting to normalize the volume of certain tracks. In particular, Robo-Ky's theme will be a lot less quiet now. Sorry about that.
