Just run the update and point to where my v3.0 release is unpacked.
Normally you should have unpacked it in C:\
This means that the unpacked files shoud be included in:
C:\Final.Doom_Heretic_Hexen_Strife.High.Resolution.v3.0-MasterFaster

If you haven't got it yet, download the Final.Doom_Heretic_Hexen_Strife.High.Resolution.v3.0-MasterFaster release and unpack it to C:\

The best way to install the v3.1 update would be to apply it in a clean Final.Doom_Heretic_Hexen_Strife.High.Resolution.v3.0-MasterFaster release.
