Verified by DVD Mulleter v10.2 Beta to be NTSC and iXtreme compatible, but the game is NOT REGION FREE. The game is also fully stealthed and ready to play. I can personally confirm that it's in English and works on NTSC consoles b/c It plays perfectly on my NTSC system!
