Leaves Russell is a native Portland, Oregon band.
Their sound is a sense of eclectic post modern “free- ism”. I chose “free-ism” to describe them because creating a word is much easier than searching for a word. “Free-ism” in my eyes is a descriptive word that proves to be an ideal social class for this band. With the likes of Muse, Radiohead, Porcupine Tree; Leaves Russell shows us what we can do if we bring together an eclectic sound with piano and, voice that can change a new world order of persona. With that said, it’s only a matter of time before this band will soar into a group that will ride the wave of success further and deeper in peoples awaking minds.
