Basierend auf dem Film "Quantum of Solace" schlüpft der Spieler in die Rolle von James Bond und erlebt abwechselnd aus der Third-Person- und der First-Person-Perspektive die Abenteuer von 007. Als Agent durchlebt der Spieler durchlebt die Geschichten von den Filmen "Quantum of Solace" und "Casino Royale".
Quantum of Solace könnte nicht nur endlich mal wieder ein schönes Bond-Spiel werden, sondern auch eine gelungene Filmumsetzung. Die Action macht einen guten Eindruck und mit der CoD-Engine als Unterbau kann technisch eigentlich kaum etwas schief gehen. Treyarch hat sicher genug Shooter-Erfahrung, um dieses Game auf ein anständiges Niveau zu wuppen. Von daher dürfen sich nicht nur Bond-Fans auf diesen Titel freuen.
