Whe the employees of a medical supply warehouse accidentally bring a corpse back to life - and then try to ''kill'' it - they awaken a lot more than its unquenchable hunger for ''live brains.'' For when they are finally able to dismember and burn the still-moving body, its undead ashes sprinkle down upon a nearby graveyard - inviting a whole party of flesh-eating zombies up from their graves!

Return Of The Living Dead 2 (1988)

A new generation of ghouls is spawned when a barell of nerve gas, fallen off an army truck, is cracked open by neighbourhood toughs. The escaping greenish vapour turns the living into zombies and the dead into the not-so-dead. Of course, it seeps into the local cemetery... with groundbreaking results. In a secluded army research centre, observers look on in stunned silence as Lt Col. John Reynolds' brainchild, 2-4-5 Trioxin, re-animates a decaying corpse and transforms it into a deadly, bio-weapon.

But unbeknown to the military they are not alone. The Colonel's son, Curt and his girlfriend Julie are also in the lab and they too witness Trioxin's incredible power.

Feeling in disbelief from waht they have seen the couple are involved in an horrific motorcycle smash and Julie is killed. Curt knows what he must do - bring the love of his life back from the dead using his father's secret weapon.

But instead of the girl he knew, Julie is reincarnated as the living dead - an indestructable ghoul with a bite that turns her victims into zombies hungry for human flesh
