You can really hear that this album was made with great enthousiasm. Nice arrangements, GREAT saxophone playing by Ernie Watts on alto as well as on tenor sax. Nancy Kelly's vocals cover a wide range of variety in timing and colour. "Yesterdays" in up tempo is great!!exciting! I think that even people who never really listened to jazz before can pick up on the spontaneity and joy this CD breathes. FUN! ~ T.DeVries

This was my first Nancy Kelly Album that I bought on vinyl when I used to see her in clubs around Syracuse, NY in the late '80's. We saw her at he Syracuse Jazz Fest this weekend and she is still FABULOUS! I bought her new CD, Singin' and Swingin' there which she graciously signed for me after singing "Jeannine." I would suggest that any jazz fan buy all 3 of her albums. ~ Janine B.
