The typical Westwood polish is all over this one. Cutscenes are fantastic and the interface is slick and well implemented.
8.0 - Graphics
A big change over the Tiberian Sun engine. Unit animations and effects are spectacular and the map detail draws you into the game world.
8.0 - Sound
Neat unit sounds and weapon effects help orient you to the action. I love the "Feed My Plants" soundtrack.
9.5 - Gameplay
Great pacing, great balancing, great implementation...all in all, the best the current RTS world has to offer.
9.0 - Lasting Appeal
There's only 20 or so hours of play in the campaign but there are more than enough multiplayer modes to keep you coming back for more.
