This is a \"Pro Lite Version\". This is able to extract and create large DVD images. I tested this with 2.29 GBit, Office 2010 image. Extracted and then created back just nice. No problemos.

Your Antivirus propably does not like the patch, because it´s a \"Hack Tool\". I used it Myself, without any problems or malwares. Virustotal link from the patch, is in the \"Read Me\" file.
