my goal was to organize characters by game, and only put fighters that were as close to original game as possible.

all portraits have been redone by me to be consistent within their game/genre

custom border sprites added to \"broken\" mugen screenpack, that organize fighters
into their categories (also include .psd file so you can re-arrange borders if you want to. also changed VS screen music to KAMIKAZE // KUNG FU DUBSTEP by dysphemic


i include the programs i used for this build, v-select, fighter factory 3, and stage viewer, also included 3vs3 , and 4vs4 mugen.exe

75 \"hidden characters\" represented by diamonds on outside borders of select screen

all characters and stages hand picked by me for quality and lack of crashes


*know issues

* sf2 characters dont tag, but do have tag_system.cns to configure
* quan chi messes with health bars, but i still had to include him
* may crash a few times when starting it for the first time,..but keeep tryin!!
