This is the original Windows DVD Maker known from Vista and 7 that works on fresh Installs of Windows 8/8.1/Update1/2 -- x64 !-- Core,Pro,WMC.

DVD Maker is a easy authoring tool to master DVDs for playback on physical DVD Players ( i.e. without a computer ) ; It can be used to burn Movies,Slideshows with Music etc with Menu templates included that can be customized easily. Supports all windows media files, wmv,wma,mp3 etc.

App works using Files and codecs from Vista and 7 in one 8.x compatible installer. ( Microsoft has blocked certain Windows7 files under 8.x )

Language :

Included system MUI files for EN-US,FR-FR,DE-DE,IT-IT,PT-BR ( else App will be english ); Say you install on a german Win8 the app will launch automatically in german. Missing MUI files could be located by extracting WinVista/7 MUI packs ..

Files included must be run in this order

1) SETUP.exe as ADMIN -> puts files in ProgramDir
2) MakeITWork.cmd as ADMIN -> registers included DVD/WMV codecs
3) ( optional ) MovieMakerIntegration.reg -> registers DVD Maker output option for use with Moviemaker 2012 ( install \"Windows Essentials 2012\" from Microsoft if not already installed.

App to launch is called DVDMaker8.exe , not the DVDMaker.exe which is blocked.

If App refuses to work after Windows Updates, re-run the \"MakeItWork.cmd\" to fix.
