The game we all know, but can never find.


I included DOSBox in the selfextracting file.


HOW TO USE:

Unpack the selfextractor to a random directory of your choosing.


Then, unpack the DUNE2 files to something REALLY SIMPLE, like D:dune2

unpack/install DOSBox.

remember to make shortcut to DOSBox on your desktop.



Run DOSBox.

When window opens, press and hold CTRL while you tap F12 a few times to increase CPU to around 18k (20k is max)

then type the following in the prompted window: cd dune2 -gt; setup -gt; set sound to soundblaster pro, use extended memory, use mouse, accept settings -gt; exit. Then type DUNE2 to run the game.

If you installed the game on a different drive, first type MOUNT c: X: Where X is the drive you have the game located on.
