Hello my rating is based on service. The store would get a 5, they have great quality pieces and its a beautiful, well divided store. My bf got me a necklace from the new spring collection, beautiful, but its not something that I would wear everyday, so I decided that I wanted to exchange it. I go to the area of interest and a young man tries to help me, I explained to him what I wanted and what I had, meaning the piece/store credit. I immediately like a necklace way below my price range but I decide that i wanted to keep on looking...he tries and brings me great pieces but I just didnt like them. I keep on looking for something that I like, I mean Im looking for a simple necklace that I can wear everyday. Hes visibly tired of trying and of course I get it, hes loosing customers while Im browsing. So he says Im going to give you a credit and you can look around which I really appreciated bc I didnt feel the pressure of having to choose. I looked, but went back to that first piece. This time i couldnt find the same salesperson so another young lady helped me. I asked her about the charms(meaning that Im showing an interest for them) she answers but forgets, I tell her if she could help me out finding something else so that I can use my full credit, perhaps something in white gold because I was buying a yellow gold necklace. she replies that everything in white gold has diamonds bc their silver doesnt. It was there when I realized that these people dont care for selling. I knew what I could buy with the rest of my credit which was $400, but my bf had said that he could pay more if it was needed. I was a salesperson in Puerto Rico, I worked for a fine jewelry store that sold Cartier, Breitling, Rolex......so its pretty similar
