1)mount the .iso image
2)Run autoplay. Click INSTALL from the window
3)After installation, run patch 1.1 - Then run patch 1.2.1
4)Run the game [as Administrator] from the desktop shortcut [for Vista and 7]
5)Choose settings appropriate to your hardware
6)Click PLAY
7)Enjoy the game

Important: Click P which is the Pause button to skip the intro and to choose difficulty.

Note: If you hit the Escape key it will quit to desktop. So refrain from doing this.

Also the keyboard controls are arrow keys at default. change these settings as you wish.
