Start Firefox & Exit uTorrent (SFF-EUT)

This utility starts Firefox and exits uTorrent (if it is running). It can be useful
if you have a relatively slow internet connection and you have to use only ONE at a time.

You might run uTorrent most of the time in the background (in its default settings, without
bandwidth limits, autostarting @t Windows startup) to download large files. ONLY when
you start browsing uTorrent exits. You can replace the shortcut to Firefox in your
desktop / start menu with this.
