This is my modded cstrike version
based on v23b like the old v3.0. It's the last version before the
48 protocol update.

Server software:

-Metamod
-AMX Mod X 1.8.0
-Amx Mod X plugins:
-sexy sounds(not enabled by default)
-amx_exec
-Sxe Injected(not enabled by default)
-Some more maps

Client modifications:

-in game menu (h key) for server administration
and other settings
-mousefix( mouse_fix.reg)
-my config pgl like (mo0n_sniper.cfg)
-original halflife(singleplayer and multiplayer)
-many more tweaks
