Firstly I must apologise for the blurryness of the file. The original DVD was also terribly blurry and I'm appalled that this was priced at $20 by the artist/retailer! Awful! I'd be ashamed by endorse this with my "professional" name if I was the dancer. Most of you will know that I pride myself on releasing high quality rips that are also a good size...this file it was impossible to do that with.

I have to say I've only skimmed this through, the whole bad quality completely put me off. It looks like a standard beginner workout, but I don't fit people would work up much of a sweat.
