Here is another Amol Palekar, Utpal Dutt Classic comedy for you

The Movie's Plot -

Mr Utpal Dutt is a very very superstitious fellow, and Amol Palekar is his employee who is being paid quite poorly. A distant uncle of Amol Palekar wants him to marry his daughter, but Palekar's financial situation doesn't allow him to do so.

Utpal Dutt has a bunglow that had been stuck in a court case and with the efforts of Amol Palekar he is able to get it back. So Palekar gets the responsibility to get the bunglow refurnished. His uncle is broke and thrown out of his house and he comes to Palekar with his daughter. Palekar can't do anything and keeps them in the bunglow.

Now the real comedy starts. First a cousin of Mr Dutt, then his real brother and then Mr dutt himself come to throw these people out of the bunglow but all go ga ga over the girl. Mr. Dutt starts seeing his late's wife's soul in the young girl. Amol Palekar knits a nice web around the entire situation and in the end gets the girl with all the issues solved.
